Whether you get your news from the internet, TV, or the newspaper (if your town still has one) the health care debate is everywhere. Town Hall meetings across the country have turned into mob scenes and in some instances, riots. Spontaneous or orchestrated, one thing about these demonstrations is clear -- they're all very YouTube-able.

Recent estimates say that health care spending accounts for more than 16% of the U.S. economy. In personal terms, this means health care will take one out of every six dollars you earn. And after housing, food and energy costs -- and your taxes -- there’s not much left for saving, never mind luxury.
